The first treatment is a 2.5 hour “Chakra Dhara” massage, an ancient Indian technique that uses warm herbal oil and massage to balance the mind and body. The included lunch is served at a nearby restaurant and includes three courses of fresh, healthy cuisine. Natural ingredients like coffee, rice powder, and yogurt are used for the body scrub, and for the spa bath there is a choice of milk, spices, or sea salts in the water.
