Garuda Airlines is currently offering special fares on international flights departing from Jakarta. Sample fares are Jakarta to Bangkok for USD300 or Jakarta to Hong Kong for USD365. This promotion is valid for departures until December 17, 2010, and all quoted prices are round-trip economy fares.
Promotional fares are valid for flights departing Jakarta and traveling to major cities in Asia and Australia. Sale fares to Asia include Beijing for USD660, Kuala Lumpur for USD222, Seoul for USD630, Singapore for USD170, and Tokyo for USD705. Fares to Australia start from USD425 to Perth, USD700 to Melbourne, or USD700 to Sydney.
Travel must begin by December 17, 2010, and a maximum stay of 10 days applies for most destinations. Once issued, tickets are non-refundable and a fee of USD23 will apply to change the flight or date. Accompanied children will be charged 75% of the promotional fare.
